I am both a Short Sale and Pre-foreclosure specialist (SFR and PSC certifications) and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). Make sure you have a real estate agent representing your interests. As a Buyer's Agent, my job is to represent you. A listing agent (the name you see on a yard sign or ad for a property) is already representing the Seller's interests. Why would you contact them to help you purchase a property? Wouldn't you want someone working for you independently?

This access allows me to search property databases based on your needs and wants, preview properties and weed out those properties that do not meet your criteria, ensuring that you are not wasting valuable time.
