This is absolutely vital if you are to sell your property in both a timely manner and for the best market price. Listing with a real estate firm that does not participate with or delays submission into the MLS, not only narrows the available pool of buyers but also puts your property at a disadvantage to all the other similar properties on the market that are getting MLS exposure.


Appropriate pricing is also critical to a successful sale of your house. By analyzing current and historical market data, I will advise you on a suitable listing price range and counsel you on how and why the market data indicates a given price range.
